These terms apply to the free CallAura companion app for iOS and Android and supplement the CallAura Terms of Use. If they conflict, these terms control for the app.
1. What the App Is
The app is a free operational companion that lets existing CallAura customers sign in and view their own account and business status. It does not offer, sell, or unlock any paid features, and it contains no purchases, subscriptions, or payment steps.
2. Accounts
You need a CallAura account with a verified email address. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You may only access your own organization's information.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app beyond what law permits, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Availability
The app is provided as-is and may change or be unavailable at times. Information shown is for operational reference; AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before you rely on them.
5. Privacy and Deletion
See the Mobile App Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your login at Account Deletion; a request is reviewed before completion and does not by itself cancel any business service or billing.
