Request account deletion

Sign in to request deletion of your CallAura login and associated personal data. You can check the request status here. Do not share passwords, payment cards, caller details, or sensitive records with support.

What this request covers

This requests deletion of your individual login and associated personal data. It does not close a business account, end a phone number or receptionist service, or cancel a paid subscription. Contact hello@callaura.ai for those separate changes. Account deactivation alone is not deletion.

We review associated profile, audit, communication and service records for deletion. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, legal, or dispute purposes; we will explain the applicable categories and retention before confirming completion. We will also coordinate deletion requests with relevant service providers where applicable.

We will contact your account email about timing and completion after review.
