CallAura Starter Service Terms

This document is the customer-facing Starter commercial schedule for Call Aura LLC ("CallAura"). It is used together with the CallAura Terms of Use dated June 24, 2026, the Privacy Policy dated June 24, 2026, and the SMS Policy dated June 24, 2026. Those documents continue to govern the Services. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Use controls except for the Starter price and included-usage schedule stated below.

1. Starter plan and billing

Starter is $299 per month. The subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled under the Terms of Use. Starter is month-to-month. There is no annual commitment. Cancel with at least 30 days' written notice. The $0 setup fee applies to Starter.

2. Included monthly usage

Starter includes 1,000 AI voice minutes per monthly billing period and 500 SMS segments per monthly billing period.

3. Usage notifications and overages

CallAura provides a usage warning at 80% of an included monthly allowance and a usage notice at 100% of an included monthly allowance. Reaching an included allowance does not automatically disable inbound service. Valid usage beyond the included allowance continues and is billed under this schedule: $0.20 per AI voice minute and $0.03 per SMS segment.

4. Service scope and communications

Starter includes the services presented for the Starter plan, subject to the Terms of Use. SMS communications remain subject to the CallAura SMS Policy, including required consent, STOP and HELP handling, and applicable carrier message and data rates.
